Come join me for a One-on-One Build Master Class and build yourself a world class Tenor ukulele or come and take your build skills to another level. This will be a 10 days class of approximately 7-8 hours per day. This will include a complete build from raw materials to a finished instrument ready to play. First class opening is available now for March 2025. 

What does the class include?

A 12 day stay at a Bakersville cosy 3 bedroom AIRBNB all for yourself. (Welcome to bring a spouse, but not included in the class, additional family members allowed for an additional fee )

All raw materials for your ukulele build. (Premium wood choices will be included and Master grades available for upgrade)

Scope of class:

Choose your tonewoods. Learn how to join tops and backs and how to bend the sides.  Get hands on and learn how to optimize CNC machining strategies for several operations.  Introduction to Laser engraving for lutherie. Design, cut and inlay your own fretboard design. Learn how to install bindings and purflings, fretting and neck installation. Get familiar with all the jigs use in the making of a Cornerstone Ukulele. Learn how to prep your instrument for a flawless finish and then get a class on how to burst a neck, seal and spray the ukulele down to level sanding and buff to a high gloss. All the way to a low action setup into a custom case! 

This class will deliver an experience like no other and your own custom built Cornerstone Ukulele with your name in it.  Leave the Cornerstone Shop with a modern and different approach to building that will definitely take you to the next level.
